IRS 501 ( c ) 3 status
On October 8, 2019, we were issued a 501 c 3 tax exempt status by the IRS based upon application documents submitted in August 2019.

Determination Letter
A favorable determination letter is issued by the IRS if an organization meets the requirements for tax-exempt status under the Code section the organization applied.
In August 2022 we briefly lost our 501 c 3 exempt status from the IRS due to delayed Form 990 filings.
We promptly corrected this omission, filed the updated forms and were reinstated by the IRS in March 2023.

We implemented reporting controls that will ensure that this type of error is never repeated.
